Henry Badenhorst – Managing Director
Henry Badenhorst is one of the founding members of QSoft Consulting Ltd and played a pivotal roll in the development of the business from start-up to medium size enterprise. During 1997 he relocated to the United Kingdom from South Africa and has been involved in Corporate Business for most of his working career. He specialised in the field of Management and Finance within the Shipping Industry. He worked on various projects such as establishing an export infrastructure within Botswana. He understands the Corporate Business structure, culture and has been involved in various social uplift programs. He holds various qualifications in Business Management and studied at the Rand Afrikaans University, South Africa.

Andrew Withey - Technical Director
Andrew Withey has been Technical Director since October 2003. Andrew has over 20 years experience running large and complex computer systems in banking, insurance, law, retail, transport and now online communities. Andrew was born in Australia and moved to the United Kingdom in 1988.

Mark Mangla - Creative Director
Mark Mangla has served on the board since April 2003. Mark’s career has included directorships at some of the leading design companies and advertising agencies in London including Euro RSCG, BGA and The Pepper Corporation. He has worked on some of the world's leading brands including BMW, IBM, Apple and Coutts, as well as overseeing a complete re-branding of the Manchester Airport Group. Mark was born in London, UK and studied at University of Central England where he received his BA in Graphic Design.

David Muniz - Commercial Director
David Muniz acted as a professional consultant to QSoft Consulting for a number of years and finally jointed the management team permanently during 2005. From 1994 he was the Managing Director of CompuSystems LLC and during 1999 he became a co-owner of the business. It was an audiotext company which operated in 3 cities in the United States and under David’s stewardship the company grew to encompass 25 cities in 5 countries by 1998. David has 15 years of marketing and advertising experience within the gay market. He studied at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and graduated with a BA Degree in economics.

Trevor Martin – Marketing & Sales Director
Trevor Martin has served on the board since March 2004. Trevor’s career has included directorships and ownership of several organizations responsible for the marketing and brand development of various leading Global fashion brands such as Dior, Polo, Ungaro and Gant. Trevor was born in South Africa where he studied for a marketing diploma at Damelin Business School in Johannesburg. Trevor was one of the youngest entrepreneurs to be recognized for his business achievements in the Who’s Who of Southern Africa a highly regarded publication. He immigrated to the United Kingdom in 1999.
